My Review

Fuddles and Puddles is an amusing tale with fun characters that will captivate little readers.

Fuddles enjoys his life as a pampered cat, but the day Puddles enters the picture his life is turned upside down. No more relaxing afternoon naps or quite meals alone. Puddles is always around and full of energy. Finally, Fuddles has enough and yells at Puddles who sadly decides to keep his distance. So, when Fuddles falls from a tree and lands in the neighbor's backyard he's surprised Puddles comes to his rescue. Will Fuddles finally accept Puddles into the family?

As an owner of a pampered cat as well as an energetic Pomeranian, I completely identified with and adored the story. Our Pomeranian loves to force herself on our pampered cat who reacts much like the angry Fuddles. However, unlike Puddles, our Pomeranian always comes back for more!

The illustrations are entertaining and cleverly detailed. I found myself lingering on each page in order to take in the creative artwork which adds to the story's amusement.

Fuddles and Puddles is superbly written and illustrated. I highly recommend picking up a copy.
