My Review

A Good Day for a Hat is a charming tale full of vibrant and playful illustrations certain to delight young readers.

Mr. Brown has a hat for every occasion and he never leaves home without wearing the right one. However, today every time he opens the door he finds the need to change his hat. Finally, wearing every hat he owns, Mr. Brown heads out, but when he arrives at his destination he realizes it's a party and he doesn't have a hat for that. Will his friends come through?

A Good Day for a Hat is a fun and humorous tale. Written in simple repetitive text, little ones will be reading along in no time. Mr. Brown is adorable and I love how his friends appear in the different scenes finally coming together at the end for the big birthday celebration.

This story will easily become a fast favorite among children and parents alike. I highly recommend picking up a copy.
