My Review

Jenna's Journey is a story of self-discovery, second chances, and fate tangled in a web of mystery and intrigue to create an all around captivating read.

Jenna decides she needs a break from her husband and the loneliness she feels even in his presence. Without telling a soul she's books a vacation package for one to Greece. Hoping to rediscover herself, Jenna soon realizes she must also make some difficult decisions about her future if she's ever going to find the happiness she longs for. However, things are about to become a whole lot more complicated. During a tourist outing Jenna is given an ancient urn by a desperate old man which ultimately puts her life in danger. On top of all that Jenna begins sensing a paranormal presence around her and she feels herself falling for a gorgeous Greek local whose showering her with attention. Just when Jenna thinks she's uncovered the life she's longed for an accident changes it all.

Fantastic characters, absorbing plot, and more twists and turns than a corkscrew, Jenna's Journey is a novel you'll find difficult to put down. One of my favorite aspects is the author's exquisite attention to detail when describing Jenna's travels. I felt as though I was exploring Greece right along with her. I also liked how the author held back just enough information so that I was unsure of how the plot would unfold. The "what if" section is something most of us can identify with as Jenna contemplates what could have been. I truly enjoyed Jenna's Journey and found it to be a wonderful read with a little something for everyone. I am looking forward to book 2 in A Greek Island Mystery Series.

I recommend picking up a copy.
