My Review

As the little boy frolics on the beach with his shiny red balloon a couple of devious boys shoot it with a slingshot, popping it instantly. The little boy is devastated, but as he sits tearful on the beach he is approached by a fluffy white cloud. The cloud and the boy become fast friends and the boy is no longer sad. But, a boy needs real friends and being tied down is no place for a cloud. What is the pair to do?
Told in entertaining rhyme, Little Cloud is an absolutely delightful tale. Rhyming books are always among my favorites. They benefit a child's reading and spelling skills by helping them detect the phonetic constituents of words, which shapes them into a better reader.
Little Cloud is also an encouraging story of friendship and love that will become a favorite among little readers. I adore the creatively colorful 3-D illustrations which bring the story to life. I highly recommend reading Little Cloud.
